We are proud to announce that the Chunhua Technology Building, which is AV-Display's new HQ & Factory in Shenzhen, has been awarded the Net Zero Carbon Building certification for Industrial Buildings, jointly issued by BRE (Building Research Establishment) and TÜV Rheinland.
The Chunhua Technology Building serves as AV-Display’s newly constructed Shenzhen headquarters and manufacturing base. The project has completed construction acceptance and is currently progressing with interior decoration and supporting facilities development, while the overall relocation has not yet been implemented.
This internationally recognized certification reflects our commitment to sustainable development and recognizes the building's outstanding performance in low-carbon operation, sustainable efficiency, and energy management.
Developed by BRE and TÜV Rheinland, the Net Zero Carbon Building certification evaluates a building's carbon performance throughout its entire life cycle, covering embodied carbon, operational carbon emissions, energy management, and carbon governance.
Receiving this certification marks an important milestone in our sustainability journey and demonstrates AV-Display's commitment to green development and responsible operations.
